Developed from the US-2000X and 2000XQ platform, the ES-E2 and ES-E2+ deliver a scaled-up capacity and the most cost-effective model in the ESE line, with enhanced standard features and a stable, solid frame and table structure.

• Precision Table Design – Four ball screws and three LM guides precisely position and support the print table, keeping squeegee pressure even across the entire table width.

Qualified Flexible Large Printer

Built from the US-7000X platform on the E2’s proven printing repeatability, the ES-E7 handles PCBs up to 700mm × 610mm, while the ES-E8 extends coverage to LED, LCD, and substrates up to 850mm.

• Large-Format Capacity – E7 handles substrates up to 700×610mm; E8 extends to 850×610mm and up to 10kg of substrate weight.

• High Alignment Precision – ±12.5 micron alignment accuracy and ±25 micron wet print accuracy at 6 sigma (Cmk ≥ 2.0), verified by third-party measurement tooling.

• Standard 3-Stage Conveyor – Delivers the same high throughput as the E2 platform.

• Specialized Clamping – A side vacuum clamp tool kit supports precise board clamping and clean printing results even on warped boards.

E8’s flexible mask stencil size loading has made it a qualified large-format printer for leading LED and LCD manufacturers.

Inline Testing That Keeps Production Moving

Based on the E8 platform, the US-LX1, LX3, and LX5 extend ESE’s large-format printing to substrates and stencils over a meter wide, serving leading LED and LCD customers.

• Progressive Sizing – LX1 handles substrates up to 1,000×650mm, LX3 up to 1,300×650mm, and LX5 up to 1,500×650mm, with stencil sizes reaching 1,800×980mm.

• Consistent Precision – ±12.5 micron alignment accuracy and ±25 micron printing repeatability at 3 sigma across all three models.

• Up to 10kg Substrate Handling – With flexible stencil size loading to match ESE standard configurations or customer requirements.

• Effective X-Direction Printing & Cleaning – Motion design optimized for large-format throughput.

The LX series brings the same standard clamping and printing quality as the E8 platform to the largest substrates in ESE’s lineup.

Ultimate Speed & Back-to-Back Printer

Built for the highest-throughput production lines, the ES-H1 and ES-H2 pair an ultimate cycle time as low as 5 seconds with qualified 15-micron printing repeatability, in a single or back-to-back configurable printer.
