Phil Emery, Principal & Broker

Phil Emery is a dedicated commercial real estate broker with nearly two decades of experience serving San Diego County and the surrounding areas. Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a Salesperson since 2007, and as a Broker since 2009, Mr. Emery co-founded his prior brokerage AE Commercial Real Estate in 2009. He then launched Allied Commercial Properties. Mr. Emery’s professional mission has always been and continues to be clear: provide the highest level of service, integrity, and results.

Mr. Emery has completed a wide range of purchase, sale, and lease transactions across all commercial property types. He is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, loyalty, and client-first approach. He has built, and continues to build, productive long-term relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants who trust him to represent their best interests.

Mr. Emery holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University. His academic foundation, paired with years of hands-on market experience, allow him to deliver thoughtful strategies and practical solutions for his clients.

Outside of real estate, Mr. Emery is an avid athlete including mountain bike racing and trail running. He and his wife have two children and in his spare time, he can be found on the trails or watching his kids’ compete in their own sports. Mr. Emery is committed to his family and community, and he highly values the strong client relationships he has nurtured since the start of his career.
